When an order is placed on the website, we request and save all your data, that may include; FOOTK username, password, phone number, address, full name, and e-mail address, as well as your order details.

Regarding periodic and promotional e-mails, we will be using your registered e-mail address, to constantly provide our customers with the latest promotional adds and our discounts. "Every time you visit the FOOTK app, the information is sent from the browser (via your device) to the FOOTK server file history, where it is saved there. This information includes: the time and date you visited the site, the pages you viewed, the IP address, the URL that led you to FOOTK, the information stored and the type of browser used.  Once we have all this information, all IP addresses are deleted or converted to anonymous addresses. Anonymity means that your IP address has been changed in such a way that it cannot be linked to the original user or can only be linked through extensive research.  Anonymous information stored in the server log file is used to improve the shopping experience on the FOOTK website to make our website browsing easier, finding errors quickly and directing the server's capabilities to develop as needed. Orders

When you place an order, according to the return and cancellation policy of the products, you agree to the same price of the product mentioned on the site and you will incur any additional customs fees and shipping for orders outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and you agree to the return policy mentioned below as well as the shipping and delivery policy.


Return policy


In the case of a return request, the following conditions shall apply to the returned products:

1. Return all products that are completely unused, not dirty, and have no trace of use.

2. Return all identification cards, if any, connected to them exactly as received by the customer in a new condition and in their original packaging.

3. Return the carton of the FOOTK packaging and the original carton of the same product without being torn or damaged and in exactly the same original condition.

4. Do not remove serial numbers or bar code or any part of the product or it’s posters.

5. Return free gifts if any.

6. Return the original invoice.

7. You can return the order within (14 working days) from the date of receipt.

8. Products containing "non-returnable" marks and some discount products, promotional products and special orders cannot be returned.


In the case of failure to meet the conditions mentioned above, the return request will be denied and thus the product you ordered will not be refunded.


Method of applying for return of products on site:

After sending the return request, the customer service team will respond within 2 working days.




Return cost:

- Free retrieval of orders within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. For orders outside Saudi Arabia, shipping fees are deducted from the refund.

- In case of payment is on delivery, the cost of the service is SAR 25 and is not refundable if the product is returned.

- The conditions of the return policy must be met to complete the return process.


Refund mechanism after Return:

The refund process takes place after receiving the returned product from the customer and approving it. The recovery process is as follows:

- If payment is done using credit card, the refund will be returned to the same card that was used.

- If the payment is on delivery, the amount will only be returned as a balance in your account in FOOTK wallet.

- If the payment is a combination of the two methods, the amount will be returned in the same way for each payment type as described above.

- For orders within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the payment is returned in full to the client after receipt of the returned product from the customer and approval after confirmation of meeting the conditions of our return policy.

- For orders outside Saudi Arabia only, shipping fees and customs taxes are non-refundable.

Replacement 

We have no replacement option. Instead, a return request should be made and the amount paid will be returned as described in the refund mechanism so that you can make a new order for replacement products.


Shipping & delivery policy

- We have free delivery for all orders within Saudi Arabia.

- If no one is available to pick up the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery date or get additional information about receiving your order from the delivery company. If you cannot receive your order on your first delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional delivery fee for any other delivery attempt.

We process the product only after 24 hours, following the regulations provided by the Ministry of Commerce and the customer is not entitled to cancel the order after these 24 hours

- For cash on delivery orders, a fee of 25 riyals is charged upon delivery.

- Orders involving special products (if any) may take longer.

- The company has the right to cancel the order in the event of a technical error on the site resulting in a change in the price of the product where one of the company representatives will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and inform you accordingly. The site has the right to refuse or cancel any such order even if the order has been confirmed or the price has been deducted from your credit card and the Company shall bear all fees to return the full amount to your account.

- The maximum duration to connect the demand to the customer is 14 days from the date of request and bypass this period the customer is entitled to cancel the order and the site is obliged to return the amount to the customer.

- For orders outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia only customs duties may be imposed.

- Delivery charges and orders outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia occur in the shopping cart prior to payment by each country and geographic location. 

We have the right for any reason to cancel an order, including but not limited to the unavailability of inventory or in case of suspicion of fraud, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm all the details of the order before it is prepared.


Change delivery address after order

In case of change of delivery address, please contact us through e-mail: customerservice@footk.com we may also charge additional fees for delivery due to this change.

Failure to receive the order within the specified dates

Please note that products purchased through the site cannot be returned if the attached gift is opened or the packaging is tampered with

 

Payment policy

For orders registered on our website, we accept the following payment methods:

Mada card (within Saudi Arabia only), Visa Card, MasterCard, Mada, Apple Pay account, or your personal wallet balance in our website.

 Cash on delivery service is also available only within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia at a fee of SAR 25 per order up to SAR 3750, knowing when you request the return of the products and the payment on delivery was made, the amount is returned only in your FOOTK wallet.

We may cancel any order we believe to be suspicious, or for any other reason whatsoever. We have the right to stop any transaction we believe to be suspicious or believe to be a scam and we are not obliged to notify the user of this.


Prices

The Saudi Riyal is the currency approved on the site, there may be an error in the pricing of the product for unintentional reasons in which case we have the right to cancel the order and return the value of the product to you.


Coupons and discount programs

Coupons, discount programs and discount codes have a fixed date and discount percentage and cannot be redeemed as cash, they are used in accordance with the policies and conditions of promotions and discounts and may change without notice to the customer and may include selected products.  


Gift cards

We are not obliged to provide these cards at all times and the customer is fully responsible for what he choses  to do with the content of the gift card.


Cancellation

1-The customer has the right to cancel orders within 24 hours free of charge.

2. The customer is entitled to cancel the order in case of delay in delivery of the product for 14 days and restore the full amount paid, if any, according to the refund mechanism provided.


Product liability

The responsibility for manufactured products lies with the manufacturer and we as a site have nothing to do with defects or any problem with manufactured products.


Product ownership

The products in your order are deemed to be yours after fulfilment of the following; (upon payment of the full amount and any additional fees) and (upon receiving the product) and we as a site are entitled to cancel the order for any reason even if you pay the full amount and return the full amount to you.


Intellectual property rights

Users of the website are not allowed to use any content on the site or any images or any information, intellectual property rights relating to the content including programs or information written in hypertext markup (HTML), an existing code in the site. All such content, including third party trademarks, designs and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this website are protected by international intellectual property laws.

We make no warranty on our products and we have no liability for any future problems, damages, or all that may result from the use of the product. You can address the original manufacturer in case of claims or otherwise.
